What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I am allowed flexibility with my schedule providing that I complete all the tasks and responsibilities assigned to me.

Worst

I am the first-ever apprentice on the programme, things are being figured out as we go along and so it is not as organised and ironed out.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Show real interest in programming and problem solving by creating a portfolio of projects before applying.

Do you have any interview tips?

Research the company, know what AGILE methodology is, have tried working on programming projects, have a clear understanding of what you want out of the apprenticeship.
