What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about my job is the flexibility. As long as I do the hours, attend meetings and have my work done - its up to be what hours in the day I work. If your a morning person, you can choose to start early. Start at 7 and finish at 3. But if your a night owl, you can start at 9 and finish at 5.

Worst

Personally I find that I either have too much work or not enough on at one time. Throughout the year it varies but its never always a nice amount.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Although grades and job experience is important, its not the only thing they look for. People reading your CV want to know who you are, what you are like and if your a right fit so when you apply - make sure your personality shines through your words. Most people apply have the grades. What makes you shine through from the rest?

Its easier to say it but don't be nervous, Employers want you to be a part of the team as much as you want the job, so show them. Research the company beforehand, make sure you remember everything you put in your CV, ask questions and show your enthusiasm.
