What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Great group of colleagues on my first project. The teams work well as a group and I can easily spend days on a project with the team as no one behaves in a negative manner. The pay is good too but that can be offered in a bad job too but at Capgemini there are many financial opportunities to grow along with advancement opportunities in the field of work.
Worst
Not much to say here, other than communication between employee/manager or between the HR team etc can sometimes be a bit slow but nothing too major.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident and show that you have a good set of skills but all the while being yourself. Try not to be someone you are not and I am sure that if you are suitable for the company/role you will be hired.
Do you have any interview tips?
Smile, be confident, show that you have what it takes to work for a global/big company by representing yourself in the best way you can. The interviewer can easily tell if you are being tense/anxious and it is normal so just try to do as well as you can.
