What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
It's great to be able to sort problems out and help operatives with any safety problems they have and it's amazing to be able to come to work at such a great company that offers you opportunities.
Worst
Seems there's not a lot of time in the day as your always doing something

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you know your knowledge don't try and lie about knowing about something that's what the apprenticeship is for to learn
