What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
You have experienced technicians around you constantly to guide you through the process and teach you new skills. They also offer advice and use their 30+ years of experience to impact how you look at the industry and what you want to make of it.
Worst
It's a long process and not a job that you will pick up in a month or a year. You must have patience and understand that to do your job well you must give it the adequate 3 years to understand.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
You need to look into the role and even when you are applying show your commitment. They will send you various tests to complete online before you get put forward for an interview. Take your time with these tests and always complete them on your own.
Do you have any interview tips?
For my interview I had to complete a 10 min interview about myself and my weaknesses and strengths. In the online tests, they give you feedback on certain qualities that you should showcase, along with ones you should work to improve. Use these to your advantage and speak about them in your interview.
