What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Apprentices are given key responsibilities and roles within the teams. The work is challenging whilst still being enjoyable with problems that vary enough to motivate me to come to work. I have received a good standard of qualifications whilst working on the job.
Worst
Isn't much of a rotation system for apprentices so I have been in the same role for a year and a half. Really interested in trying something else and seeing another side of the business.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Thoroughly read your application and take your time to complete the tests. Highlight the skills that you have that would enhance your prospect of getting the role.
Do you have any interview tips?
Prepare, prepare, prepare! You only get one chance at the assessment centre so make sure you have prepared for the proposed agenda on the day. Having all these avenues covered and being aware of the tasks you will face is fundamental to be successful. Also, be confident in yourself and talk to the people hosting the day. Ask plenty of questions and show your genuine interest.
