What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing about my role is the ability to look and travel to various plants. There is a lot of variety and scope.
Worst
The role isn't as technical as I had thought and my development as an engineer quickly came to a stand still.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
