What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I'm working with great people who are all very friendly, helpful and care about you.

The environment is pleasant to work in and very accommodating.

It's really interesting to be working on improving real projects inside the business.

There are opportunities inside the business that allow you to experience new things.

Worst

Probably just that it's fairly inactive, but that's just the nature of IT based jobs.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure you are comfortable adapting to change and a keen learner.

Try and give examples when you bring up an attribute about yourself, to show you can back up what you're saying and prove credibility.

Do you have any interview tips?

Try and bring out your understanding and IT knowledge, it might help to research some of the recent trends in technology and think about how they could be applied to help inside the business.

I'd also recommend doing some background research around the company, this will show you are serious about getting the apprenticeship and help you stand out from other candidates.
