What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The team I work with are great, and I enjoy collaborating with them on projects. I have a lot of freedom in my role to connect with them and explore the different work they do. There is always time for me and I feel like a valued part of the team. I also get great support from my line manager and have built some beautiful working relationships with other apprentices across the company.
Worst
It can be demanding to study and work at the same time, however I have lots of support to do this from my manager, team, and other apprentices so it works out.

Do you have any interview tips?
I had great fun at interview. The people interviewing are doing this as they want to know a little about you to see if you seem like a good fit for their team; try to remember they are regular humans and enjoy having a chat with them.
Remember the interview process works both ways and you are also seeing if the job is right for you, so research the role and company well and come prepared with a few questions to ask.
