What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The colleagues are amazing, flexible working hours and being able to work from home. Dress to your day policy, the opportunity to progress, and the conversations about your progression early on in your career.
Worst
Finding time to manage working and studying as an apprentice can be difficult, once you work out the correct balance for you its easily manageable.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research into the company, understand their competencies and how Menzies encourage their brighter thinking.
