Best
Work environment, flexibility, workmates and the opportunities to work in different projects. The company allows you to learn on the job!
Worst
Low workload periods, when it is difficult to allocate work for everyone -that's the consultant's life.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show your technical knowledge in the CV as well as your experience using it, remember that evidence speaks louder!
You will be dealing with people! Show them where you have dealt with teams, clients (if possible), and any other experience in which you had a chance to use interpersonal skills.
Do you have any interview tips?
Very important that you are aware of what Capacity and Performance is. Do your research of the company and read through some of the whitepapers and business cases (this is valuable information that will make you aware of the Capacity management world).
Polish your knowledge regarding cloud computing and storage!
Relax and be open about yourself, if you made it to the interview, they are interested enough to see what kind of person you are, so don't fake who you are in the interview and bring the best of yourself!
