What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
feeling rewarded when a guest mentions you in a comment or knowing you have done everything possible to make their stay enjoyable
when a member of managers actually recognises you and how well you are doing and wants your to progress as much as you do.
Worst
the recognition sometimes is not great if hardly for all the hard work as a manager you do.
I always have to work the bank holiday and do not receive extra pay or a day in lui

be prepared of the unexpected. always remain positive no matter what the situation. no questions is a silly question.

be you. there is nothing better than someone who is them self and shows us exactly why they want to be in hospitality. if your sunny on the inside your sunny on the outside.
