Best

Very good work-life balance due to the flexible by choice policy, which allows you to work from home when needed.

I have been given my own caseload which is very useful in terms of developing my knowledge and skill set and it is also great having my own responsibilities.

Worst

I cannot think of anything, I am very happy within my role at IM.
