Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest and be bold about your achievements.
Rejection is redirection - even if you don't get a role first time you need to always keep trying as there may be another opportunity for you.
Be commercially aware of situations especially ones relating to IM.
Understand the values and propositions of a company before applying - the company should be an extension of your own personality and if you genuinely understand and resonate to the company you'll be a lot more passionate and this will show to assessors.

Use STAR method when answering questions - be concise but also remember to not keep your answers too short.
Be punctual - make a good first impression.
