What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

You are exposed to a professional working environment very early on in your career and get to work with a range of people who are very willing to pass on their knowledge and expertise. You are given responsibility and the opportunity to learn and progress. I always feel that I am treated as an equal and respected by all members of my team.

Worst

It can be very stressful and demanding at times. There are often huge workloads involved and tight time scales so everyone works at full capacity for prolonged period of times and it can become tiring.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Be as detailed as you can, list everything you have done and have been involved with. Sell yourself as a well rounded person who has a good work ethic and is prepared to go above and beyond in order to succeed in the role.

Do you have any interview tips?

Know your CV and application really well. If you have put something in your CV make sure you can talk about it confidently, as the interviewers are likely to ask you questions about your CV.

Be confident but try not to come across as ignorant. Always remember that people are trying to help you so if someone gives you some constructive criticism take it on board and learn from it.
