Best
My colleagues are fabulous and always happy to help and explain. I have learnt and continue to learn so much from my colleagues.
Worst
I am hoping to have more transparency regarding my progression soon.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure your CV is interesting and avoids the normal 'boring' structure. Your CV should reflect your personality, attitude etc. Make sure your passion for the job isn't dulled by the buzzwords: 'organised, hard-working' etc.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself! Make sure you are dressed and presented well. In my interview, I had to speak about something personal to me, or that I was interested in. Make sure you have a genuine interest in your presentation.
