Great group of people I work with, who are helpful and create an enjoyable working atmosphere.
Worst
Due to the job is high importance as its a service, there is a lot of training that needs to be done and the start of the job can seem slow.

Starting salary: £0 - £12,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Write your CV for Anglian Water and the specific role instead of just generalised engineering to show enthusiasm
Do you have any interview tips?
Understand the company, not so much how we do the things we do but instead what it is we do. And use a good range of sources as they'll ask where you found out what you found out. So by using more than one source it looks good.
