Best
Not too demanding. Get to learn and study alongside working to qualify as a professional. Varied work which can be interesting. Good people.
Worst
Can be a lack of work passed down to trainees so a lot of time is spent doing nothing.

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be ready for the assessment day where you will do a team building exercise.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you have many examples of how you meet the company's core values. Know a little bit about all the branches of the company and some detailed knowledge of the line you are applying for including current affairs. Be confident and friendly I think this is the most important.
