* I find difficulty studying and working, especially as I prefer the working side of an apprenticeship. It can be hard to motivate yourself.

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Before applying, try to get experience so as to ensure the apprenticeship role is what you want to do. This will also make you a more desirable candidate. Think of something that would make you stick out from any other candidates. Think of anything interesting about yourself and try to get it into your application. They will likely ask you a question on anything interesting in your interview.

Do you have any interview tips?

Always have general answers for questions such as 'When have you shown leadership? or 'When have you successfully worked as part of a team?'. You will find you can often mould the answers to these questions around the actual questions they give you. Regarding questions that may require a negative answer such as 'what are your weaknesses?' it's okay to give a weakness but always says how you're trying to overcome your weakness and give an example of when you overcame it. Finally, be confident and remember they're only human.
