What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The work life balance. The people in my workplace are brilliant, couldn't ask for better people. I already feel as if I am part of the team. Most expenses are payed for: Travel, accommodation, food when away and anything I need for college.

Worst

Everyone has to travel to Grantham college for training be matter where you live, however everything is payed for so you're not out of packet its just a long drive for me.
