Best
Flexibility - working hours are very tailored towards you
Involvement - Doesn't matter if you are top of the tree or an apprentice, everyone has the same input which creates a nice working atmosphere
Engagement - No 2 days are the same

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you look around and see what modules are included within the course. This is a good thing to look out for because it will determine what you actually want to learn as opposed to just applying for it because it says 'software tester'.
Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure you come prepared for the interview. They are very intelligent people that are going to ask questions that are potentially out of your comfort zone. They get you to stand up and demonstrate how a piece of software might work (they give you a brief description and you implement it). Relax (as hard as it sounds). Ask questions at the end as they like that.
