What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The people! They're amazing!
The amount of responsibility given to individuals.
Whether you are a Graduate or an Apprentice, if you are at the same level, you're at the same level. There's never a time where a Graduate is favoured and given a higher salary or more responsibility if they are of the same level.
Worst
Probably the admin side of the role. However, this is needed in every role, so it's never an issue!
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure that all of your work experience is on your CV. A lot of people don't tend to put all of their work experience on their CV thinking it isn't relevant. All experience is relevant, and you can transfer a lot of the skills you have learned from previous employment into recruitment as it is so varied!

If you're applying for an Apprentice position, they will definitely ask you why you've decided to do an Apprenticeship. Ensure that you answer this with confidence and passion!
