Best
I have a very supportive team who I would feel easy approaching with any problems.
Worst
The pressure and stress during exam times as there is so much to juggle.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the solicitor apprentice route as much as you can so you really know what you're applying for and the route to qualification. Also try to get work experience in the legal sector as it shows you're committed to actually working day-to-day in a firm.
Do you have any interview tips?
I found the interview to be really friendly and straight forward, I felt they encouraged a relaxed atmosphere where you could really be yourself. I would suggest candidates to research the firm well and prepare questions to ask.
