Best
Great work/life balance, the job presents new challenges every day which keeps the role exciting, the team I am involved with have supported me throughout the whole process so far, I can ask for help and everybody is willing to assist in my career progression.

Early starts.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
May appear lengthy at first, but just complete the tasks as it is worth it when you reach the assessment stage, ensure you have researched the company, and prepared yourself - best to be over-prepared than not prepared at all.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself, if your opinion differs to the rest of your group then don’t be afraid to speak up regardless and explain your thoughts - shows you are independent and can use initiative, and aren’t afraid to pave your own way instead of taking the easy option and agreeing with everybody else.
