What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The scheme involves going to different parts of the business in placements which is really good because you get a wide range of knowledge of the business and functional skills within finance.
Worst
Sometimes training is not as readily available as you would like but this is not a major issue.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Stand out and make a name for yourself.
Do you have any interview tips?
There was a presentation, group exercise and task to show your strengths. Confidence in speaking needs to be there as well as not being too overbearing in the group exercise, but still contributing and trying to take more of a lead role.
