Manage your own client work early on. There is a lot of internal support to help you if you're struggling or if your performance isn't where it should be.
Worst
As a trainee your position at the firm is very much dependent on the success of your exams.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
