What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Coming across a problem and then having to do certain steps to then be able to solve it and this would include practical tasks. Once you solve the issue you feel proud of what you have done. Also, every day is different so you will come across different issues and be able to expand on your knowledge.
Worst
Sometimes verbal communication isn't the best.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself, don't try and make yourself someone that you aren't. Schneider employees are people with good moods and passion.
Do you have any interview tips?
Just talk to people like normal people and just have a normal conversation when you get a chance. Schneider employees aren't scary, they are normal people and potentially love the same things as you.
