Best
The people I work with are very friendly and help me a lot. Also, the work we do is very interesting.
Worst
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand but once you do it more than once it starts to make sense.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Just be yourself and try and show your interest in engineering and what you have done in the past to do with it.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be calm and the people interviewing you are very nice and friendly. Maybe try and bring a project you have worked on in the past and explain how you made it and what you liked doing about it.
