Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Highlight your key skills, mostly teamwork and thinking on your feet. Often problems can occur out of nowhere and need a quick but agreed solution and if you can think quickly, it can save time and money.

You will most likely work with lots of different people of different experience and different backgrounds so it is key you can talk to people as well as listen to them.

Do you have any interview tips?

Generally I was asked what I wanted from my apprenticeship, I spoke about my ambition to progress my career and feel at this stage, learning on-the-job is as important as learning in the classroom.

Most of all, be prepared for any question but approach them all in the same way; calm and confident. Ask your own questions to the interviewer to get a better idea of your role and responsibilities.
