Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Include items outside of previous employment/school grades. The company values extra curriculars - having a couple of examples of various team work and extra curriculars in your cover letter might help the applicant stand out. They value more than just good grades.

Do you have any interview tips?

For the 'informal' introduction interviews, try to relax as they are trying to get to know who you are rather than just what's on your CV. Try to relax and treat it like a conversation - ask questions back so you know the type of company you are interviewing for. For the formal interviews be prepared and make sure to have a few questions for the end to ask. If doing a presentation try not to just read what you've prepared. Try to have on hand examples of situations involving teamwork, leadership, flexibility and decision making for the question portion of the interview.
