What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The company cares more about your values and attitudes versus your CV, the apprenticeship is for the learning and job ability. It's great to already know a bit about what you would be doing in that line of work but don't think you're less than because you don't have the experience.

Do you have any interview tips?

Show a positive mindset and put a good impression forward. Don't be afraid to have a laugh and joke if the situation allows. The interviewers may be senior members of the team you're applying for, so they also want to make sure the person they take on will fit into their team well.

In my face to face interview I completed a team exercise which tested not just logical thinking but also emotional/moral thinking. Make sure you think about what you're saying and doing and don't be scared to second guess the progress you've already made. It's a good skill to reflect on your progress, make changes and not stay in one mindset if you end up going forward but in the wrong direction.
