What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be aware of changes within the business such as the new Brighter Thinking rebrand and weave these into your application answers to prove that you've done your research. To make this even more impressive tailor your skills around the direction the company wants to head in and explain why the attributes you have will contribute towards this goal.
Do you have any interview tips?
Understand the ACA programme or whichever route you are taking. Have answers prepared surrounding why this is the qualification and profession you have chosen and why Menzies is the orgnanisation for you to flourish in. Show that you understand it is a challenge but you feel motivated by the prospect of qualifying with such a prestigious accolade.
