Best
Good support received and friendly colleagues to work with. Good team spirit.
Worst
Quite intense, especially early on. A lot to take onboard. However, this is likely to be the same with any job!

Be yourself, and prepare as best you can early on

Try to relax and give examples. Don't even necessarily need to be related to the work to be good examples as focus more on the skills you have developed and how can apply them.
