What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Great work perks! Monthly free bar, 10.30am starts on Friday throughout Jan/Feb, allowance towards gym membership, Christmas gift card, 3pm finish on Fridays July/August, discounted bar, rooftop terrace, flexible working, great employees, and friendly management.

Worst

Slow start and not a lot of one-on-one training. The training is mostly online so it can be difficult to practice what you supposedly should know.
