What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I really enjoy meeting clients and building rapport with them. I like helping my clients to find refreshment solutions which suit their business needs.

Worst

I really don’t like the micromanagement style. We have a weekly meeting, weekly one to ones, a weekly team meeting and have to complete a weekly report. I think it is overkill, it takes up so much time and can cause stress rather than actually being beneficial. I feel like management sometimes treats you like a child, rather than an adult and I find it quite patronising at times.
