What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The variety of work. Some weeks you may be in the office and the work load and pace of work is moderate and some weeks you may be on site at a client and the pace of work and workload is quite high. You are given a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally.
Worst
Having to fill in a training file evidencing the soft skills gained through specific examples.

Starting salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Start: 09:00
Finish: 17:30
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make yourself stand out with valid achievements. The HR department are trained to screen out achievements which are pumped up to be more than they actually are and it does not reflect good on you.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself. They're only trying to employ people that would be a good fit to the already existing team. Being confident and relaxed helps them better picture you in your potential role.
