Dealing with clients directly from a very early point.
Worst
Overlapping workloads. (one audit not being finished before the next starts due to delays in recieveing info etc...) snowball effect if not careful.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £35,000 - £37,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show prior knowledge. Ensure covering letter demonstrates that you know what the ACA is and have done some research around the company. Important to come across enthusiastic.
Do you have any interview tips?
With the changing nature of the accounting industry it's just as important to be personable than it is technically competent. Let your CV do the talking about qualifications and use the opportunity to show personality/outside interests.
