What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself. Don't go into the interview (or any interview) trying to be someone you think the company wants you to be. Be honest and true to yourself. As a firm, Menzies has a great team of people who are all amazing people and it works so well because everyone is honest about who they are.
Do you have any interview tips?
During the interview I was asked to do a short presentation on myself, my application advice holds true for my interview advice too. Be open and honest when you are in the interview.
