What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Take time when answering any written assessment questions. This could be the difference of you getting an interview or not. You are likely to do an some type of assessment during the application process. The assessments aren't necessarily hard. They are just testing to see you have basic maths and literacy skills. You won't need to do anything to prepare for them.

Do you have any interview tips?

Show examples of what experience you have even if it's not relevant to the job. Try and make the interview seem more like a conversation than an interview so the interviewers can see what you are really liked. Interviewers aren't expecting you to know everything about the company or the job. They just want to see that you're interested in working there by asking you questions about the company and job.
