What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Think about what makes Fidelity unique as a company - private ownership, long term investing, bottom up research and also the company ideals of thinking like an entrepreneur, making things happen, acting with integrity etc. I would also suggest getting to know the market well in terms of Fidelity acting as both a 'fund supermarket', an institutional fund manager and a manufacturer of funds.
