It helps to know people. If you meet someone from HR at a grad event, ask if you can address your cover letter to them. Apply early.
Do you have any interview tips?
In the group interview, don't be overbearing. You will have at least two solo interviews, each with two interviewers. They will run through your CV with you. More recently, they've added a presentation where you must talk about yourself.
