Great starting role to get experience but unless you work hard to keep your career on a 'path' you may get lost amongst the other great individuals working for the company.

The interview is well structured and the company expects you do your research, research they make available to you before your final stage of assessment. Try to be proactive in the final stage of the assessment and it's your chance to shine amongst the other highly commendable candidates.
