What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Previous work in HR not necessary, however this particular role benefits from a strong background in analytical thinking and experience in research. Research internships or experience in management/strategy consulting would be really beneficial.
Do you have any interview tips?
Competency/behaviour-based question structure, interview as part of an assessment centre covering aptitude tests and range of exercises (role-play, group exercise, presentation). Come with specific examples of times when competencies have been demonstrated, and evaluate the pro's and cons of the approach you took in that scenario.
