What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about the job is that I get to meet a lot of people from different industries. I also get to host company exhibition booths where I technically am the face of the company.

Worst

There is not much innovation that I can incorporate into my work. I also feel that my work does not ask for my full potential, to deliver substantial results. The opportunities to work with international clients are very limited, so I think my growth is a bit stunted.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The case study interview conducted by the company is one of a kind where they judge you by your inherent leadership skills and your ability to enhance ideas generated by your team. It is a unique experience to be a part of and carries a lot of weight in your final selection.

Do you have any interview tips?

Make the interview revolve around your ideas of interest and how you would use these ideas to further the interests of the company. The interviewers are very interested to know your strengths and their application on the business front.
