What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The fact that within a short amount of time you get given the responsibility and respect of a full time employee.
I love the company culture, everyone is so friendly and helpful, it is easy to forget you work for such a huge company.
Due to the nature of Centrica's recent dealings, there are several opportunities to work in the established part of the business, or help develop a start-up.

Worst

Managing stakeholders can be a challenge when you are "just a grad" so you can find it difficult to put your foot down. The solution is to be vocal and manage realistic expectations.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Current salary: £31,000 - £33,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
