What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Every day is different! The freedom to pick placements I enjoy and will help me develop into a well-round individual is excellent. The level of responsibility from the outset makes me feel part of the team and a valuable contributor to the company right away. I've also been able to travel the UK in my current role and constantly learn something new which has kept the job interesting. I wake up excited to come to work.

Worst

Large company so politics, red tape and can sometimes move slowly.
Energy has a large amount of regulation which can present a hurdle sometimes.
