Best
The fact that within 6 months of the job you have a team already. This means that you will learn a lot on the job. There is plenty of support throughout and everyone in the company is generally happy to help where they can.
Worst
There are a lack of processes for a few things due to that fact the company has grown so quickly, so you have to take it upon yourself to do things without a set process to follow.
