What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Need to be very flexible and have an open mind about different job roles. Ability to learn quickly is important and to get stuck in to all projects. Social skills are important as you meet so many different people from around the business in a relatively short time
Do you have any interview tips?
A lot is based on personality rather than technical knowledge
Team work - need to show a bit of flare and be able to voice opinions whilst listening to everyone else and including anyone who isn't contributing
