What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The flexibility on offer is great, and the environment is fun. There is the capacity to develop the business, which I find very exciting. I get on with my colleagues and have strong relationships with our clients and tutors.
Worst
There needs to be a bigger team in the agency so that we can attract more business.
