Best

- Flexibility and great home/work life
- Opportunity for development - training, qualifications
- A lot of support and access to experience through others
- Freedom to get involved in more than just your day to day job role
- Opportunities to learn about the whole business from water and waste, to the support networks of the business that operate behind the scenes

Worst

- Sometimes having to travel quite far or having a placement that is far away from your home location
- Not being able to really directly influence the types of placements that you get on the graduate scheme
- Not getting to see other graduates on a day to day basis
